1. General Policy
All sales made through ThreeTree Biotech Solutions are final. Due to the personal nature of wellness and Ayurvedic supplements, as well as the digital format of consultation services, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed.
This policy helps maintain strict product integrity, safety, and compliance with U.S. and Canadian health regulations.
2. Limited Replacement Eligibility
We do not offer refunds. However, a replacement order may be issued under the following limited circumstances:
- You received a damaged product upon delivery.
- You received an incorrect product due to a fulfillment error.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Contact our support team at support@threetreebiotech.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, PayPal transaction ID, and a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.
- Include photos clearly showing the issue with the product and packaging.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video or with missing details will not be eligible for review.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened, used, or tampered supplements
- Digital or online consultation services (once scheduled or completed)
- Discounted, promotional, or bundled offers
- Shipping and handling charges
- Orders placed in error by the customer
4. Payment & Refund Method
As per our policy, no monetary refunds are issued. In rare cases where management approves a refund exception, it will be processed via PayPal to the original payment method only.
Processing time may vary depending on PayPal and your financial institution. All transaction or service fees are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellations
Once payment is processed and the order is confirmed, cancellations cannot be accepted. Consultation appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hoursโ notice before the scheduled time; otherwise, the session will be considered completed.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record a video while opening the package to document the condition. If damage is confirmed, a replacement order will be shipped after verification. Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
