·         100% Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide unboxing video as an evidence (Mandatory).​
• Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 Hours with relevant details.​ Provide unboxing video as an evidence (Mandatory).​
• Customs Seizure: If customs authorities seize the product and it is returned to us, a full refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.

·         50% Refund Eligibility

• Unsatisfied With the Products: If not satisfied with the products, can ask for a 50% refund of total invoice value within the 30 Days of Delivery.

·         No Refund Eligibility

No refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

• Return Requests After 30 Days: Requests for returns or refunds made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.​

1.     Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

1. Contact Us: Email us at customercare@threetreebiotech.com within the specified time frame, providing your order number, product details, and reason for return.​
2.  Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.​
3. Return Shipping: Ship the product back to us using a traceable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 Business Days after initiating the refund.
